Webinar at St. Joseph’s institute

Recently SSHF had the opportunity to work with St. Josephs institute located in the northern Philippines. In this workshop we talked about the basics of biology, including cell structure, the differences between DNA and RNA, human anatomy and body systems and how it related to the first aid skills that were presented later in the workshop. We also had the pleasure to introduce them to the wonderful world of biology and we hope we made a lasting impact on them.

Later in the workshop the presentation was gamified with a quiz and some prizes, the students were wonderfully interactive and we sincerely hope they learned something, and potentially found their love for science!
